Lemon  Crinkle Cookies

Lemon cake mix Egg Cool Whip Powdered sugar

Only 4 Simple Ingredients in these easy cookies!

Combine the lemon cake mix, egg and Cool Whip in a bowl and stir with a spoon. No mixer is need for this crinkle cookie recipe.

Stir by hand until the ingredients are completely mixed. Then put the dough in the fridge for 1-2 hours to chill.

Use a cookie scoop to make dough into a ball. Roll the ball in the powdered sugar until it is completely coated in sugar.

Place the sugar covered dough balls on a cookie sheet, keeping them spaced about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.

Let the lemon crinkle cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Then place on wire racks to finish cooling.

Enjoy these soft and fluffy cookies with a big glass of milk!
