Lemon Whippersnaps

Lemon Whippersnaps, or Cool Whip Cookies, are an easy to make cake mix cookie. You can make these soft and chewy lemon cookies in no time at all, with no mixer needed!

INGREDIENTS

lemon cake mix egg Cool Whip powdered sugar

Only 4 Simple Ingredients!

STEP 1 Combine the cake mix, egg and Cool Whip in a bowl and stir with a spoon.

STEP 2 Stir until the ingredients are completely mixed. Then chill the dough for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.

STEP 3 Scoop the dough into a ball and roll it in the powdered sugar until well coated.

STEP 4 Place the balls on a cookie sheet, keeping them spaced about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.

STEP 5 Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then place on wire racks to finish cooling.
