Old Fashioned Blueberry Cobbler

This old fashioned blueberry cobbler has a flaky biscuit topping with lots of juicy blueberries poking through the crust.

Make this old fashioned blueberry cobbler with fresh blueberries or frozen ones.

Wash the blueberries and add them to a big bowl. 

Mix the blueberries with sugar, lemon juice, flour and cinnamon. Put them in your baking dish.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add cubes of butter and cut the butter in until it resembles fine crumbs.

Add milk and stir until it forms a thick batter.

Spread the batter over the blueberries in the baking dish. Bake the old fashioned blueberry cobbler for 40-45 minutes.
