Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe

Peaches are delicious! With this easy peach cobbler recipe you can quickly turn fresh peaches, frozen peaches or canned peaches into a cobbler.

This simple recipe uses pantry staples and is something you can throw together with very little effort. No baking skill is needed.

Start by adding  butter to your cast iron skillet or baking pan and put it in the oven until it is melted.

Slice the peaches if using fresh and drain them if using canned. There is no need to do anything for frozen peaches!

In a medium bowl, make a thick batter by combing the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt with some milk.

Drop the batter in the skillet on top of the melted butter. Just plop it down in clumps, you don't have to mix it.

Put the peaches on top. Spread them out but don't mix them in. Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes until the top is golden brown,

As the cobbler bakes the peaches sink down into the batter for a delicious sweet treat!
