Peach Crostata Recipe

This peach crostata is a perfect if you love fresh fruit and easy recipes! It is bursting with delicious caramelized peachy goodness.

This is a free form rustic tart,  so you don't need to be an expert baker to make a stunning peach crostata.

Make pie crust. Or just unroll some store-bought crust for an easy shortcut!

Thinly slice the peaches. Peeling is optional, and the crostata tastes fabulous either way.

Mix the peaches with flour and cinnamon.

Arrange the peaches in the crust and fold up the sides. Don't worry if it isn't even, a crostata is supposed to look rustic.

Sprinkle the crust with sparkling sugar to make it look prettier. Then bake at 375 F for 40 minutes, until it is golden brown and bubbly.

Serve the peach crostata warm, with ice cream or whipped cream for a delicious summer dessert.
