Peach Galette Recipe 

Peach galette is a perfect dessert if you love fresh fruit and easy recipes! It has a delicious flavor and is bursting with delicious caramelized peachy goodness.

This is a free form rustic tart,  so it is a great dessert for new bakers.

There are just a few simple ingredients: pie dough - homemade or store bought granulated sugar flour cinnamon peaches sparkling sugar - optional

Make pie crust. Or just unroll some store-bought crust for an easy shortcut!

Step 1

Thinly slice the peaches. Peeling is optional.


Mix the peaches with flour and cinnamon.

Step 3

Arrange the peaches in the crust and fold up the sides. Don't worry if it isn't even, a galette is a free form dessert.

Step 4

Sprinkle the crust with sparkling sugar to make it look prettier. Then bake at 375 F for 40 minutes, until it is golden brown and bubbly.

Step 6

Serve the galette warm, with ice cream or whipped cream for a delicious summer dessert.
