Peach Upside Down Cake

Enjoy the best of summer with this delicious peach upside down cake.

Fresh summer peaches make juicy and delicious upside down cake, but you can use frozen or canned too.

Start by layering sliced peaches in the bottom of a baking dish, covered with melted butter and sugar.

Make a delicious cake batter with cream cheese in the batter to keep it moist and tender.

Spread half the batter over top of the peaches.

Add the rest of the peaches and top them with the remaining batter.

Bake the peach upside down cake for 40  minutes.

Flip the peach upside down cake onto a serving platter.

The peach upside down cake has caramelized peaches on top with a layer of more peaches in the middle!
