QUICK PICKLED JALAPENOS

Jalapenos Water White vinegar Sugar Kosher salt Garlic Spices
Slice the jalapenos into rings. Wear gloves! Fill the jar with peppers as you go.
Combine water, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, peppercorns and cumin in a sauce pan and heat for 5 minutes to make a pickle brine.
Pour the brine over the peppers in the jar.
Add a lid and let the jalapenos cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
Ready in 20 minutes, or let the flavor deepen overnight.
These easy pickles keep for about 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Add them to tacos, burgers, pulled pork or anything that needs a little heat!
