TWICE BAKED POTATO RECIPE

Make this twice baked potato recipe in the air fryer or oven! These creamy potatoes are topped with cheese, bacon and chives for a delicious and hearty side dish.

This recipe starts with baked potatoes, making it easy to prep ahead of time. You also need cheese, sour cream, butter, bacon and chives.

Slice the potatoes in half and scoop out the creamy potato inside. Leave a little bit of potato in the shells to hold them together.

Add the butter, some of the cheddar cheese and sour cream to the bowl. Mash it until it is creamy and smooth.

Spoon the filling back into the potato shells. Bake them at 350 F for 20 minutes or air fry at 400 F for 8 minutes.

Sprinkle some cheese and bacon bits on top and cook for another 2-5 minutes to melt the cheese and crisp the bacon.
