Ramen Noodle Salad

This addictive salad is made with cabbage and other fresh veggies and topped off with crunchy ramen noodles and an Asian-inspired dressing!

Adding ramen noodles gives this salad a crunchy taste and makes it a kid-friendly dish! This is perfect side dish to make for your next summer cookout.

INGREDIENTS

Napa cabbage Radishes Carrots Bell Pepper Ramen Noodles Green onions Cilantro Rice vinegar Oil Lime juice Soy sauce Honey

STEP 1 Slice the cabbage, radishes and bell pepper into small pieces. Grate the carrots and combine all the veggies in a salad bowl.

STEP 2 Dice the coriander and green onions and add them to the bowl. Crush the ramen with your hands.

STEP 3 Whisk the rice vinegar, oil, lime juice and soy sauce in a small bowl.

STEP 4 When you are ready to serve the salad add the ramen noodles and pour the dressing over the top. Toss to mix.

Let it sit for a few minutes to soften the ramen and enjoy!
