INGREDIENTS 

STEP 1

Sear the tenderloin in a cast iron skillet.

Put the seared roast in a bag with the herbs and garlic.

Place the roast in the sous vide bath with the water set at 137 degrees F.

When the meat is almost done saute mushrooms in a skillet to serve with the beef.

Take the meat out of the sous vide and sear it a second time to lock in flavor.
