SPICY PICKLED JALAPENOS

Add some spice to your meals with these easy spicy pickled jalapenos. You can make these in only 15 minutes.

Slice the jalapenos into rings. Take out the seeds and ribs. Wear gloves! Fill the jar with peppers as you go.

Combine water, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, peppercorns and cumin in a sauce pan and heat for 5 minutes to make a pickle brine.

Pour the warm brine over the jalapeno peppers in the jar. Fill the jar to the top with the warm brine.

Add a lid and let the jalapenos cool to room temperature, then refrigerate them and they wil keep for 3 weeks.

Ready in 20 minutes, or let the flavor deepen overnight. These spicy pickled jalapenos are delicious!
