These cute turkey turnovers are an easy way to use up your Thanksgiving leftovers!
– refrigerator pie crust – mashed sweet potatoes (or mashed potatoes) – leftover stuffing – leftover turkey – leftover cranberry sauce – leftover gravy – 1 egg
Cut the pie dough into smaller circles. An upside down cereal bowl is a good size.
Put about 1/3 cup of leftovers in the center of the dough.
Seal with water, then crimp the edges with a fork. Brush the top with beaten egg.
Air fry for 8 minutes or bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with extra gravy on top.
My kids call these Thanksgiving hot pockets! They are fun to make and very tasty.
