Ingredients
 

  • 2 pounds carrots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut the carrots into slices, and mince the garlic.
    2 pounds carrots, 4 garlic cloves
  • Toss the carrots and garlic with the olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
    2 Tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
  • Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with parsley
