garlic

pearl onions

carrots

peeled and chopped

Instructions
Slow Cooker Recipe
Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Add the oil and brown the beef with salt and pepper until brown on all sides.
Stir in the flour and cook for two minutes.
Add the beef and all the remaining ingredients except the peas to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Stir the peas into the stew and cook on low for 5-10 minutes.
Pressure Cooker Recipe
Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Add the oil and brown the beef with salt and pepper until brown on all sides.
Stir in the flour and cook for two minutes.
Add the beef, the garlic, onions, broth, salt and seasoning to the pressure cooker and cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
Release the pressure and add the remaining vegetables to the pressure cooker. Bring back to pressure and cook for 10 minutes.
