Pineapple Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Toppings

  • banana slices
  • kiwi slices
  • chia seeds

Instructions

  • Put the pineapple, kiwi, orange, banana and spinach in a blender. Top with crushed ice and blend until smooth. Add a little water in necessary to make the smoothie pourable.
  • Pour into bowls and top with banana, kiwi and chia seeds.
