beef roast

onion

green pepper

pepperoncini

cup
Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

sub rolls

provolone cheese
Instructions
Slice the onion and green pepper.
Put the beef roast in the slow cooker and top with onion, green pepper, and pepperoncini. Pour the salad dressing over the top.
Cook for 8-10 hours.
Just before serving remove the beef and shred.
Serve on sub rolls with provolone cheese.
