Southwestern Tuna Wrap

white albacore tuna

Instructions
Chop the yellow pepper, olives, and green onions.
1/2 yellow pepper,
12 olives,
3 green onions
Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
12 cherry tomatoes
Drain the tuna and mix it with the yellow pepper, olives, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions and black beans and stir.
2 cans white albacore tuna,
4 Tablespoon cilantro,
1/2 cup black beans
To make the dressing combine the greek yogurt and lime juice with all the spices and mix well.
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt,
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon chili powder,
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper,
1 Tablespoon lime juice,
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Roll up in corn tortillas and serve.
