Ingredients
For the Beef

Certified Angus Beef Steak - flank
skirt or sirloin

Redd's Apple Ale

garlic scapes or 3 garlic cloves

cumin

teaspoon
pepper
For the Fajitas

onion
1
yellow pepper
1
Tablespoon
olive oil

flour tortillas

avocado

lime

salsa
Instructions
To marinade the beef mix the Apple Ale with the cumin, salt, pepper and garlic scapes. Add to a ziploc bag with the beef.
1 1/2 lb. Certified Angus Beef Steak - flank,
1/2 cup Redd's Apple Ale,
1 teaspoon cumin,
1 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon pepper,
3 garlic scapes or 3 garlic cloves
Marinade in the refrigerator for 1-6 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium.
Slice the onion and yellow pepper and wrap in foil with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Place the beef and onion/pepper packet on the grill and cook until the beef reaches the desired temperature, flipping once.
Serve the beef, peppers and onions with tortillas, lime, avocado and salsa.
