Chimichurri Burger

olive oil

Italian parsley

Tablespoon
fresh oregano

cloves
garlic

teaspoon
wine vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat the grill.
To make the Chimichurri sauce combine the olive oil, parsley, oregano, garlic and vinegar in a food processor. Process until mixed.
1/2 c. olive oil,
1 1/2 c. Italian parsley,
3 Tablespoon fresh oregano,
5 cloves garlic,
4 teaspoon wine vinegar
Form the beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Slice the onions.

salt and pepper to taste,
1 onion
Place the onions and beef patties on the grill, and cook for 10-14 minutes, flipping once until done.
Serve the burgers with tomato slices, lettuce and top with Chimichurri sauce.
