Arugula Pasta with Sausage

cooked Spicy Italian sausage

pint
cherry tomatoes

oz
cooked pasta
8
oz
arugula
salt and pepper to taste

Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Add the sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
1/2 lb cooked Spicy Italian sausage
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and cook for 2-3 minutes.
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Add the cooked pasta and the arugula, and toss in the skillet until the greens start to wilt and the pasta is warmed up, about 5 minutes.
12 oz cooked pasta,
8 oz arugula,
salt and pepper to taste
Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
