apple sauce

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
nutmeg

teaspoon
cinnamon

cup
dates
chopped
1/2
cup
pecans
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine the butter and sugar in a mixer until creamy.

1/2 cup brown sugar
Add the apple sauce, pumpkin and vanilla and mix.

1 cup pumpkin puree,
1 teaspoon vanilla
Add the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon and mix until combined.
1 1/4 cup flour,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg,
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Fold in the dates and pecans.
1/2 cup dates,
1/2 cup pecans
Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-17 minutes until center of cookie is firm.
