8 ounces mayonnaise, 4 ounces cider vinegar, 2 ounces blue cheese dressing, 2 cloves garlic, 1 Tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 Tablespoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt
Whisk the dressing until it is well combined.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage, carrots and blue cheese and stir.
