Eggnog French Toast
This easy eggnog French toast is the ultimate Christmas morning breakfast.

Ingredients

cup
eggnog
4
eggs
1/4
teaspoon
ground nutmeg

of white bread

Instructions
Put a griddle pan or frying pan on the stove on medium heat.
In a flat pan like a pie plate or cake pan mix the eggnog and the eggs. Stir to mix everything together. Add nutmeg if desired.
1 cup eggnog,
4 eggs,
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
When the griddle is hot add some cooking spray or butter to the pan.
Dip a slice of bread into the eggnog mixture, turning it over to coat it completely.
8 slices of white bread
Put the slice on the griddle and repeat until the griddle is full.
Let the eggnog French toast slices cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Then flip them over and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side.
Serve with desired toppings such as maple syrup, whipped cream, powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, fruit, caramel sauce or sprinkles.

Keep Warm
To keep the French toast slices warm put then in the oven at 200 degrees F on a cookie sheet while you make the next batch of French toast.
