¼ cup coconut milk, ¼ cup orange juice, 1 Tablespoon blue spirulina
Blend until you have a smooth and creamy texture.
Garnish with more blueberries, mint and coconut flakes if desired.

You might need to add more liquid to the smoothie to make it blend. If some of the fruit is frozen it will be thicker and might need extra coconut milk, depending on your blender.
Blue spirulina is a pigment derived from blue-green algae. It adds color to the smoothie but it also adds protein, vitamins and minerals. Although it is derived from algae it doesn't add any fishy flavor or taste to the smoothie.
