Air Fryer Tomatoes
Air fryer tomatoes are sweet, delicious and bursting with fresh flavor.

Ingredients

pint
cherry tomatoes
1
teaspoon
olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Wash and dry the tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes in half if desired.
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Put them in a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil. Sprinkle on the garlic powder and salt and toss to coat.

Put the tomatoes in the basket in a single layer. Air fry the them at 390 degrees F for 8-10 minutes (20-25 minutes for larger size tomatoes).
Notes
If roasting larger tomatoes air fry them for 20-25 minutes.
Use parchment paper in the air fryer basket to simplify cleanup.
