12eggs(or fewer, depending on the size of your air fryer)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer at 250F for 5 minutes.
Add eggs to the basket and cook them at 250 °F for the times given below. Make sure they are in a single layer and there is room for the air to circulate.Soft Boiled : 13 minutesMedium Boiled (jammy) : 15 minutesHard Boiled : 17 minutes
While eggs are cooking combine ice and water to make a big bowl of ice water.
When eggs are done remove them from the fryer basket directly into the ice bath and let them cool for 10 minutes.
Peel and serve or store in a sealed container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Notes
While these are "hard-boiled eggs" there is no actual water or boiling involved in this recipe.
Cooling the eggs in a bowl of ice water is the key to easy peeling.
