4 cups chow mein noodles
Using a muffin pan, fill each spot with a spoonful of the chow mein mixture. If you have a silicone muffin pan, use it, it will be easier to take the nests out.
Make a small indent in each cookie to create the nest look. Use a rounded spoon like a tablespoon to make the indent.
Chill in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes or until nests feel firm.
Use a butter knife around the outer edge of the nest and carefully take them out. If they are in a silicone muffin pan, gently press on the bottom to pop them out.
Top each with 3 or 4 chocolate candy eggs each.
