Eggnog Dip Recipe
Make eggnog dip for your holiday party! Eggnog combines with cream cheese and Cool Whip, perfect for dipping Christmas cookies.

Ingredients

cream cheese
softened
½
cup
eggnog
½
teaspoon
rum extract
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
¼
teaspoon
nutmeg
ground

powdered sugar

whipped topping
thawed (1 tub)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.

Add eggnog, rum extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and beat until smooth.
½ cup eggnog,
½ teaspoon rum extract,
½ teaspoon vanilla extract,
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon,
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Gradually add powdered sugar, about 1/3 at a time, beating after each addition until smooth.
2 cups powdered sugar
Fold whipped topping into eggnog mixture until creamy.
8 ounces whipped topping
Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving
Serve with your choice of dippers, such as gingerbread cookies or graham crackers.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
If you can't find rum extract, you can substitute vanilla extract. Or use 2 teaspoons of rum in place of the extract.
Top the dip with a light sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg before serving.
