Slow cooker country style ribs take minimal effort but yield mouthwatering results. Peach preserves, honey and BBQ sauce flavor the tender and delicious ribs.

Ingredients
3poundsboneless country-style pork ribs
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic salt
1teaspoonpaprika
1cuppeach preserves
½cuphoney
1 ½cupsBBQ sauce
Instructions
Place the ribs in your crock pot.

Sprinkle the brown sugar, onion powder, garlic salt, and paprika over the ribs.
Combine the peach preserves, honey, and BBQ sauce in a medium bowl.

Pour the sauce over the ribs.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Optional: Put the cooked ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and baste with some of the sauce from the slow cooker. Place the ribs under the broiler for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Garnish with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes or rice with the sweet, rich sauce spooned on top.
Notes
I prefer not to cook these country ribs on high. This cut of meat benefits from a long cooking time.
Use a crock pot liner to make cleanup quick and easy.
Broiling the ribs after slow cooking is optional, but it will give them extra caramelization and flavor.
Use a large crockpot so there is room for all the ribs in a single layer. I recommend at least a 5-quart model for this recipe. If you have a smaller crockpot, reduce the amount of ribs you cook to 2 pounds.
