Ingredients

ears
sweet corn
2
tablespoon
unsalted butter
softened
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
4
cloves
garlic
¼
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
fresh parsley
Instructions
Husk the corn and cut it if needed to fit in the air fryer basket.
4 ears sweet corn
Spread the butter over the corn kernels.
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
Sprinkle the sweet corn with the salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon black pepper,
4 cloves garlic
Put the corn in the air fry basket and cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Flip it once halfway through the cooking time.
Put the grated Parmesan on a plate and roll the corn ears in the cheese.
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Serve with parsley or chives.

Notes
You can use frozen corn. Just add a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time. It's not as good as fresh corn, but it is still delicious.
Use a teaspoon of garlic powder instead of the garlic cloves if you prefer.
Don't overcrowd the air fryer. Overcrowding the air fryer basket makes it work harder and not cook as well.
