Red food coloring, Green food coloring
Knead the color into the dough using more flour if needed to help with any stickiness.
Cut each dough ball into four pieces.
Take one green piece and one red piece and roll each into a rope on a floured surface. Then, twist the two ropes together.
Take the twisted rope and pinch the ends together making a circle.
Set aside and repeat with the others.
Place a parchment square into the bottom of your air fryer.
Place the bagels into your air fryer 2-4 at a time, and do not let them touch. Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 350 for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness depending on your air fryer.
Repeat with the other bagels.
Notes
If you don't have self-rising flour, mix two teaspoons baking powder and ¼ teaspoon salt into the flour before adding it to the yogurt.
You can use an egg white mixed with a little water to create an egg wash to make the tops shiny. An egg wash will also help your favorite toppings stick, like sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
These bagels only have two ingredients so are easy to work with. If the dough is too sticky, work in more flour, too dry you can add in a little more yogurt.
Do not crowd the bagels in the air fryer. They will expand as they cook.
