Ingredients
1cupmayonnaise
¼cupsugar
1tablespoonwhite vinegar
16ouncesbroccoli slaw mix
1cupcheddar cheeseshredded
5strips baconcooked and finely chopped
½cupsunflower kernels
Instructions
Add the broccoli slaw mix, cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and sunflower kernels to a large bowl. Stir to mix.

Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in a separate bowl.
1 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Pour the dressing over the top of the slaw ingredients and stir to coat.
Cover the bowl and chill for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
When you first make this, I recommend tasting the dressing as you go. The sweetness can be a bit much for some, so start with less sugar and add more if you want it.
This salad needs an hour of chilling time for the best flavor.
I suggest using a pre-shredded broccoli slaw mix. The mix usually includes a colorful array of shredded broccoli stalks, carrots, and red cabbage. It is a great time saver.
