Frozen sweet potato fries
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes.
Add your chosen amount of sweet potato fries to the basket. They do not need to be kept in a single layer. You can stack them a little bit, but don't fill the basket over half full.
Frozen sweet potato fries
Cook at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Pull the basket out every 5-8 minutes and shake it or toss the fries to redistribute.
After 15 minutes check the fries to see if they are crispy enough.
If not, put them back in for another 2 minutes and check again. Continue cooking for additional 1-2 minute intervals until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
Sprinkle with salt and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Some flavorful sauces are ketchup, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, or fry sauce.
Notes
The final cooking time will depend on the size of the fries, how full the basket is, and your air fryer.
The more you add to the basket, the longer they will take to cook, and the more often you should shake the basket.
If you want extra crispy fries, spray them with a bit of oil. This isn't necessary, but it will make them closer to deep-fried.
Don't use store-bought spray oil since it can damage the finish on the air fryer basket. Use a spray bottle filled with oil instead.
