Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes Recipe
These air fryer fingerling potatoes are simple to make and delicious! They are crispy outside, creamy inside, and rich in flavor.

Ingredients

fingerling potatoes
about 10

tablespoon
olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
salt
or to taste
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
or to taste

Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Scrub potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Then cut them in half lengthwise.
1 pounds fingerling potatoes
Put them in a medium bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Sprinkle on the salt, ground pepper, and parmesan cheese.
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Air fry at 400 F for 8 minutes. Then take the basket out and flip them over.
Air fry for another 5-8 minutes until they are browned and crispy on the outside.
Notes
Sprinkle the cooked potatoes with fresh parsley, thyme, or rosemary.
If roasting them whole, add 2-3 minutes more cooking time.
