tomatoes

prunes
diced

allspice

tumeric

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
salt

parsley
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet and add onions. Brown for 5 minutes.

Add all the remaining ingredients except parsley. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken,
1 can tomatoes,
1/2 cup water,
8 prunes,
1/4 teaspoon allspice,
1/2 teaspoon tumeric,
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,
1 teaspoon salt
Uncover and simmer for another 10 minutes until the dish is nice and thick. Top with parsley and serve over rice or couscous.
