Chocolate Fruit Crepes

Ingredients

cup
flour

eggs
1/2
cup
milk
1/2
cup
water
1/4
teaspoon
salt

Tablespoon
melted butter
1/2
cup
fresh fruit
1
Tablespoon
chocolate syrup
Instructions
Mix the flour and eggs in a bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Let the batter sit for an hour or two for best results.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Use a measuring cup or ladle to spoon 1/4 c. of batter into the pan. Tilt the pan so that batter spreads out in a circle.
Cook for 2 minutes, then flip the crepe.
Cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes, then put on a plate.
Add fruit to the crepe and roll up. Top with more fruit and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
