Instructions
Heat the oven to 400 F.
Cut the carrots into slices, and mince the garlic.

Toss the carrots and garlic with the olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.

Roast the carrots for 30 minutes, stirring once.
Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with parsley
