Shrimp Scampi with Tomatoes

SeaPak Shrimp Scampi

cooking oil

onion
chopped

pint
grape tomatoes
halved

green onions
chopped

Tablespoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Heat a skillet on medium high heat.
Add the oil and sautee the chopped onion for 2 minutes.

Add the SeaPak Shrimp Scampi and prepare according to package instructions.
1 box SeaPak Shrimp Scampi
Add the halved grape tomatoes at the same time as the Shrimp Scampi.
1 pint grape tomatoes
Continue to stir the shrimp and tomatoes for 7-8 minutes.
Then add in the chopped green onions and lemon juice, and cook 2 minutes more.
5 green onions,
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
Serve over rice or pasta.
