Chocolate sauce

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Lay out 9 wide mouth mason jar lids on a tray with the tops of the lids facing up.
Spray with cooking spray.
Beat the egg whites and vanilla in a mixer until stiff peaks form.
2 egg whites,
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Sprinkle the cocoa powder, sugar and salt over the egg whites.
1/3 cup cocoa powder,
1 cup powdered sugar,
1/8 teaspoon salt
Fold in with a spatual until mixed.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Spoon evenly into the mason jar lids.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve topped with ice cream, chocolate sauce and a cherry.
