BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza
This BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza is a delicious way to use leftover pulled pork and makes a quick and easy family dinner.

Ingredients

refrigerated pizza crust
1 pound
1/2
cup
barbecue sauce
1
cup
leftover pulled pork
1/4
cup
red onion
1
poblano pepper
1
jalapeno pepper
1/2
cup
cheddar cheese
1/2
cup
queso fresco

Tablespoons
cilantro
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 500 F.
Slice the onion, jalapeno and poblano.
1/4 cup red onion,
1 jalapeno pepper,
1 poblano pepper
Sprinkle a pizza pan or cookie sheet with cornmeal.
Gently stretch or roll the pizza dough to fill the pizza pan.
1 refrigerated pizza crust
Top the pizza with the BBQ sauce, spreading it evenly all the way to the edges.
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Top the pizza with the pulled pork, red onion, poblano pepper pieces and jalapeno pieces.
1 cup leftover pulled pork
Sprinkle the pizza with cheddar cheese and then crumble the queso over the top.
1/2 cup cheddar cheese,
1/2 cup queso fresco
Sprinkle some chopped cilantro leaves.
2 Tablespoons cilantro
Bake at 500 F for 15 minutes until the pizza crust is golden brown. Or follow the baking instructions from your package of pizza dough.
Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
Notes
You could use BBQ chicken instead of pulled pork.
