Put the mixture into the air fryer basket. Make sure some holes are open so that there is room for the air to circulate.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Open the air fryer once during cooking and toss the potatoes to mix them around. Cook until the potatoes are browned and crispy outside.
Serve immediately sprinkled with bacon and parsley.

Notes
Making the potatoes all the same size will make them cook and brown more evenly.
The final cooking time will depend on the size of the potatoes, how full the basket is and how powerful your air fryer is.
