salt and pepper to taste

maple syrup
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the carrots into slices, and mince the garlic.

Toss the carrots and garlic with the olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.

Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with parsley
