Ingredients
6tablespoonsunsalted buttersoftened
1/3cupgranulated sugar
1/4cupbrown sugar
1egg
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1 1/4cupflour
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chipsor red, white, and blue baking chips
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 340 degrees F and spray your baking pan with nonstick spray.
Cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat again until the batter is uniform.

Add baking chips and mix again.
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Press the pizookie dough into a greased air fryer 6-inch round cake pan.
Air fry at 340ºF for 13 minutes.
Reduce heat to 310ºF and bake for 6 more minutes or until the center is baked through.
Let it cool for a couple minutes before serving.
Notes
Use any baking chips you like - white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, or colored baking chips all work well. You can also use chopped-up candy bars or M&Ms.
You can use a foil baking pan if you don't have a cake pan that fits your air fryer.
Be sure to keep an eye on your pizookie as it bakes, as air fryer cooking times can vary depending on the model and brand.
