1 can jumbo biscuits
Roll each piece of dough into a ball and flatten it to ¼ inch thick.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of the dough.

Pinch two sides of the dough together and then pinch the opposite sides together until the dough is closed around the filling. Don't overfill the biscuits.
Repeat for all the dough.
Place parchment paper in the bottom of the air fryer basket or spray it with oil. Place the biscuit bites in the air fryer basket, keeping them about 1 inch apart.
Air fry at 350°f for 8 minutes.
Melt the butter. Then brush the biscuit balls with butter and sprinkle them with the sparkling sugar.
2 tablespoons butter, Sparkling sugar
Take them out of the air fryer and let them cool slightly before eating.
Notes
I like to use biscuits with flaky layers in this recipe.
Don't overfill the biscuits, or you might have an explosion in your air fryer. One tablespoon per pie bomb is the right amount to use.
Spray the basket with cooking oil or use parchment paper in the bottom to prevent sticking.
