Ingredients
3-4poundpork roast
Salt and pepper to taste
1cupcranberries
¼cuphoney
1/2cupchicken broth
1teaspoonorange peel
½teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Season the roast with salt and pepper.

Put the cranberries in the food processor and process until finely ground.

Combine the cranberries, honey, orange peel and cinnamon and dump over the roast.
¼ cup honey, 1 teaspoon orange peel, ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pour in the chicken broth.

Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Notes
Serve with store-bought or homemade cranberry sauce.
No cranberries? You can use a can of cranberry sauce in place of the cranberries and honey.
I usually go for a nice boneless pork loin roast. It's lean yet tender and cooks beautifully in the slow cooker. Pork tenderloin works fine, too, but it will cook much faster, only needing about 4 hours in the slow cooker.
You can also cook this on high for 4-5 hours. But I find pork is much more tender and moist when I cook it on low.
