Put the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure the pressure valve is closed. Cook it on Manual, high pressure, for 15 minutes.
Once it is done, do a quick release. Take the chicken out and shred it.

The sauce can make or break a buffalo chicken recipe. Use your favorite, and remember the spice level will be determined by the sauce.
Either chicken breast or thighs work fine in this recipe. I prefer chicken thighs because they stay moist, but use the one you like.
You can reduce the spiciness by decreasing the amount of Buffalo sauce. But in that case, you should add water so that the total liquid equals one cup.
