12 squaresGraham crackers
Hershey's chocolate bar3 on each cracker
12Marshmallows
Your favorite premade chocolate chip cookie dough
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
If you are using a roll of cookie dough, slice it into 1-2 inch chunks.

Break the graham crackers in half and place 12 pieces on the cookie sheet. Place 3 squares of the chocolate bar on each cracker.

Place one marshmallow on top of all the chocolates.

Flatten the 1-2 inch cookie dough chunks and gently wrap them around the marshmallow. It might be easier to hold the marshmallow in your hand and wrap it, then set it back down on the chocolate.
Make sure none of the cookies are toppling over. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 13-15 minutes or until the cookie is golden brown.
Notes
Space the chocolate squares out evenly on your graham crackers.
Quickly knead the cookie dough with your hands to make it more pliable.
When you wrap the dough around the marshmallow, secure it, but don't squeeze the life out of it.
You can use any kind of chocolate you like—dark chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate with almonds—the possibilities are endless.
