Our family has a number of favorite Thanksgiving traditions. One thing we always have is the stuffing recipe from my Great Aunt Anna. It has sausage and apples and is something we always make together Thanksgiving morning. After we make the stuffing we like to watch the Macy’s parade together. We don’t always watch the whole thing, but we watch some. I’d love to go see it in person someday. During dinner we have a tradition of going around the table and everyone saying one or two things they are thankful for. This helps everyone remember the meaning of the holiday. After dinner we usually watch football and talk. Thanksgiving is a great family holiday.
