What are you putting in your kids’ Easter baskets this year? My kids love baskets filled with candy, like this one!
They expect a big chocolate bunny every year, along with favorites like peanut butter eggs and jelly beans. They never seem to outgrow the desire for Easter candy.But as they have gotten older they also have more appreciation for non-candy treats in their basket. It is not too hard to come up with some cute little things that don’t cost too much. For my girls scented soap or perfume makes a fun gift. They also love accessories like jewelry or craft supplies. My oldest collects rubber ducks, so she expects that a new rubber duckie will be in her basket.
My son is tougher to buy for, although small toys Legos can work. Sidewalk chalk is a great choice for boys, and a new watch would also be appreciated. It is fun to tuck little surprises inside those bright plastic eggs, along with a few Jelly Beans of course!
Of course making an Easter Basket can get expensive, whether you are filling it with candy or with gifts.
I like the Rite Aids 20% off coupon. I would use it to get Easter candy and some Easter toys.
